3 companies of the Aisin group companies: Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kariya, Aichi, Japan; President: Fumio Fujimori), Aisin AI Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Nishio, Aichi, Japan; President: Kazumichi Sugiura), ADVICS Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kariya, Aichi, Japan; President: Takeshi Kawata) will work together to strength the business structure in Brazil.
ADVICS will establish ADVICS Automotiva Latin America LTDA to supply the systems to the car manufactures focusing on receiving more brake system orders.
These new companies: Aisin AI Brasil Industria Automotiva ltda. and ADVICS Automotiva Latin America LTDA will be built in the premise of AAL. The three companies will share the resources to achieve the highly effective operation in order to set up a supply system in Brazil. Aisin Group has been focusing on expanding the oversea business by strengthening the business structure in the emerging countries to achieve [AISIN Group Vision 2020].
